Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

DO YOU HAVE A BRICKS AND MORTAR SHOP I CAN VISIT?

No, we are an online retail business only.  However, you can visit us at a number of shopping events throughout the year.  Please visit Events page for a list of forthcoming events which we will be attending.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order on our website.  If an item is out of stock or you need further information on a product, you can message us at [email protected]

 

IS FREE DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ALL ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all UK orders on all products across the website.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

At this current time, we do not offer international delivery as standard on the website.  However, we do offer international delivery via our Etsy shop.  Please click here to be taken to our Etsy store. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.  We use Royal Mail 1st class for smaller orders and My Hermes for larger orders.  Please see our delivery page for more details on approximate delivery times

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BEING SENT USING ROYAL MAIL OR MY HERMES?

Once your order has been dispatched from us, we will send you an email to confirm that your order is on the way.  We will notify you on this email which delivery service your order is being sent on.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

Royal Mail will take your package to the nearest local postal depot to collect at a time that is convenient for you. 

For orders being sent via My Hermes, you can contact them to make arrangements to deliver to a safe place or a neighbour.  Please see the My Hermes website for more information

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take the utmost care in packaging our items to ensure that they arrive with you safely.  However, in the event that your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] 

To assist us in processing your claim, we kindly request that you take photos of the damaged product and if possible any damage to the outer packaging.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM AND ARE RETURNS FREE?

Please see our returns page for details on returning items.

We are not able to offer free returns.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item in the event that you have changed your mind.  If you believe your item is faulty on arrival please contact us on [email protected]
